Overview

Video Editor & Collage Maker is a video and photo editing application. All media you import, record, or create is processed entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that store your videos, photos, or projects. We do not require account registration.

Information We Collect

2.1 — Information You Provide

We do not collect any information you directly enter into the app. Your projects (video drafts, collage drafts) are saved as local files on your device's internal storage and never transmitted to us.

2.2 — Information Collected Automatically

Certain third-party SDKs integrated into the app collect limited technical data automatically:

a) Crash Reports — Firebase Crashlytics (Google)

When the app crashes or encounters an error, Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects:

• Device model, manufacturer, and OS version
• App version
• Time and date of the crash
• Stack trace (technical error log)
• Device state at the time of the crash (e.g., available memory, foreground/background)
• A randomly generated installation UUID (does not identify you personally)

This data is used solely to diagnose and fix bugs. It is processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.

b) Advertising Data — Google AdMob

The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use:

• Advertising ID (GAID on Android) — a resettable device identifier
• IP address (used to infer approximate geographic location for regional ad targeting)
• Device type, OS version, and language
• App usage interactions with ads (impressions, clicks)
• Interest-based profile data (if you have not opted out of personalized ads on your device)

AdMob uses this data to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

AdMob data is processed by Google LLC under Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Advertising Policies.

The app requests the following permissions, used exclusively for the described purposes:

Recording video clips and photos within the app.

Recording voice-overs, audio narrations, and video sound.

Keeping video export running when you switch apps or lock your screen.

We request only the permissions necessary for the app's functionality. Camera and microphone permissions are only used when you actively initiate recording. Media access is only used when you choose to import files.

Data Storage and Retention

Local Storage

All your creative content (projects, drafts, exported videos, thumbnails, temporary processing files) is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage directory. This data is:

• Under your full control
• Deleted when you uninstall the app
• Never uploaded to any server by us

Third-Party Retention

• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reports are retained by Google for 90 days.
• Google AdMob: Ad interaction data is retained per Google's data retention policies.

Foreground Service and Notifications

When you export a video, the app uses an Android Foreground Service to ensure the export continues even if you switch to another app. During this time:

• A persistent notification is displayed showing export progress (as required by Android)
• No additional data is collected as a result of the foreground service
• The service terminates automatically when the export completes or is cancelled

In-App Features with External Interaction

In-App Review

The app may prompt you to rate it on the Google Play Store using the standard Google Play In-App Review API. This interaction is handled entirely by Google Play, and we do not receive the content of your review or your identity.

In-App Update

The app checks for available updates via the Google Play In-App Update API. This check does not transmit any personal data beyond what Google Play collects as part of normal app operation.

Share

When you share a video using the system share sheet, the content is transferred to the app you choose. We do not have access to where you share your content or any associated data.

Revoking permissions will limit or disable the corresponding features, but will not affect your existing saved projects.

Your media files and projects remain on your device and are protected by Android's standard app sandboxing. We do not have access to this data. For crash reports and advertising data transmitted to Google, security is governed by Google's security practices and infrastructure.

C. Foreground Services & Background Execution

SoundHub utilizes Foreground Services (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK and WAKE_LOCK) to ensure uninterrupted music playback while the app is in the background or the screen is off. A persistent notification is displayed to give you control over the playback.

D. Home Screen Widgets

The App provides Widgets for your home screen. These widgets communicate with the main app to display current track info (title, artist) and playback status. No personal data is transmitted during this process.

End-User License Agreement (EULA) for MD LüftungPRO

Effective Date: November 6, 2025.

I. INTRODUCTION

This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you, the End-User (an individual or entity), and Ivan Rancic ("Licensor" or "We"), concerning the "MD LüftungPRO" software application (hereinafter the "Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

II. GRANT OF LICENSE

1. Grant: The Licensor hereby grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Application on a device controlled or owned by you (iPhone, iPad, or Android device), in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions: You shall not sell, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Application. You shall not modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

III. ONE-TIME PURCHASE AND IN-APP LICENSING

 Availability: The Application offers an optional, non-consumable one-time purchase, referred to as the "PRO Lifetime License," that grants permanent access to advanced calculations and features. 

Payment: The "PRO Lifetime License" is a one-time charge. Payment is processed through your App Store/Google Play account and is subject to the terms of service of that vendor (Apple/Google). 

License Grant: Upon successful completion of the one-time purchase, the User is granted a **permanent (non-expiring)** license to the PRO features under the terms of this Agreement. 

Refunds and Restoration: As this is a non-consumable purchase, there is no automatic renewal or cancellation. The purchase is managed by your App Store/Google Play account. Users may **restore their purchase** on new devices or after reinstallation using the "Restore Purchases" function in the Application. Refunds are handled strictly according to the App Store/Google Play policies.

IV. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR CALCULATION ACCURACY

1. Not Professional Advice: The "MD LüftungPRO" Application is a calculation aid tool and is NOT A SUBSTITUTE for professional engineering consultation, verification, or expert opinion.

2. Data Accuracy: The User is solely responsible for entering accurate input data into the calculators. The Licensor does not guarantee that the calculation results will always be 100% accurate or applicable to every construction situation.

3. Risk of Use: The use of calculation results from the Application for design, construction, or any decisions related to safety and regulatory compliance is done entirely at the User's own risk. The Licensor disclaims all liability for damages resulting from errors, omissions, or incorrect application of the results provided by the Application.

V. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

VII. TERMINATION

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Licensor. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies.
