rancicvedelopment built the RancicPhoto : Advanced Filter Maker app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by DEVELOPER  at no cost and is intended for use as is. 
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Toilet Map - Find or Share a WC Near You ("the app") is a free, ad-supported Android app made by Rančić Development ("I", "me"). It helps people find public toilets and lets signed-in users add toilets, write reviews and reply to them. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it.

1. You can use the map without an account

Browsing the map, searching and viewing toilet details do not require an account. An account is needed only to add toilets, write reviews, reply, mark reviews as helpful and report content.

2. Information the app collects

Account information

  • Email address and password – if you sign up with email. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; I never see them. To keep you signed in, the app also saves your email and password on your device.
  • Google account details – if you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo link, provided by Google.
  • Display name and profile photo link – stored in your public profile so your name and photo can be shown next to your reviews and replies. Your email address is not part of the public profile.
  • User ID – a random identifier created by Firebase, used to link your content to your account.

Content you choose to share (public)

Everything below is visible to all users of the app:

  • Toilets you add – name, location on the map, address, opening hours, price, features, description, photos, and your display name as the person who added it.
  • Reviews and replies – rating, text, photos, date, and your display name and profile photo.
  • Reactions – when you mark a review as helpful or like a reply, your user ID is stored with that review or reply.

Please don't include personal information about yourself or others in text or photos you post.

Reports

If you report a toilet, review, reply or photo, the report stores what was reported (and the user ID of the person who posted it), your user ID and the time, so the content can be reviewed.

Location

With your permission, the app uses your device's precise location to center the map on you, show nearby toilets and suggest the location of a toilet you add. Your current location is not saved to your account or to any server. To load nearby toilets, the app asks the database for toilets in the map area you are viewing. The location of a toilet you add is saved and shown publicly as part of that toilet.

Camera and photos

The camera and your photo library are used only when you choose to take or pick a photo for a toilet, review or reply. Only the photos you select are uploaded. The app does not access any other photos.

Saved toilets

Toilets you save ("Saved toilets") are stored only on your device.

Usage, device and advertising data

  • Firebase Analytics collects app usage data (for example screens opened, session length, app version), device information (model, operating system, language, approximate region) and app instance identifiers. It helps me understand how the app is used and fix problems.
  • Google AdMob shows ads in the app and may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and information about ad interactions. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy settings. On any device you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.

3. How the information is used

  • To provide the app: show the map, let you sign in, and publish the toilets, reviews and replies you add.
  • To keep the app safe: handle reports and remove abusive content.
  • To understand usage and fix errors (Firebase Analytics).
  • To show ads that keep the app free (AdMob).

I do not sell your personal information.

4. Services that process data

These providers may process data on servers outside your country. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

5. Deleting your account and data

In the app: open the menu, tap your name to open Profile, then tap Delete account and confirm. Deletion happens right away.

Without the app: email rancicdevelopment@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Toilet Map account". I will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted:

  • your account and sign-in information;
  • your public profile (display name and photo link);
  • all your reviews, all your replies, the replies other people wrote under your reviews, and the photos attached to them;
  • the email and password saved on your device.

What is kept: toilets you added stay on the map, because they are useful to other people, but your name and user ID are removed from them. Reports you submitted may be kept for moderation. Analytics and advertising data are kept by Google according to its own retention settings and are not linked to your name or email.

6. How long data is kept

Account information and the content you post are kept until you delete them or delete your account. You can delete individual reviews and replies in the app at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Most of this can be done directly in the app. For anything else, email rancicdevelopment@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

The legal bases for processing are: performing the service you asked for (account and content), legitimate interest (security, analytics, fixing errors) and your consent (personalized ads and location access, which you can withdraw at any time).

8. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact me and I will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when the app changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
