Terms of Service – Toilet Map - Find or Share a WC Near You

These terms apply to the Android app Toilet Map - Find or Share a WC Near You ("the app"), made by Rančić Development ("I", "me"). By using the app or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
The app shows public toilets on a map. Signed-in users can add toilets, write reviews, reply, and report content. The app is free and supported by ads.
2. Information is provided by the community
Toilet locations, opening hours, prices, features, and reviews are added by users. I do my best to keep the map useful, but I cannot guarantee that the information is correct, complete or up to date, or that a toilet is open, accessible, clean or free of charge. Use the information at your own judgement.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account), as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of the text and photos you post. By posting, you allow me to store, display and share them in the app, worldwide and free of charge, for as long as they are in the app. Toilets you add may stay on the map after you delete your account, without your name.
You agree not to post content that:
- is false or misleading on purpose (for example, a toilet that does not exist);
- is offensive, hateful, harassing, sexual or violent;
- shows people without their consent or includes other people's personal information;
- infringes someone else's rights (for example, photos you are not allowed to use);
- is spam or advertising;
- breaks any law.
I may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, especially after reports from other users.
5. Ads
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ad content comes from third parties, and I am not responsible for the products or services advertised.
6. Availability and changes
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". I may change, pause, or stop the app or any feature at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any damage or loss that results from using the app or relying on information in it, including information posted by other users.
8. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
